Sara gives Michael a booster shot and reminds him that he still needs to go to the hospital. He says he needs to get scylla first, then he will go to the hospital. Lincoln sees a matchbook outside the building, then looks up and sees a car.

Michael calls Self and says he's ready to meet. Self hangs up and a smoke bomb is hurled through the window. The guys try to leave the building, but they are fired upon. Self tells Michael to come out or he will continue to pump the warehouse full of gas. Sara says they have to get out soon or they will asphyxiate. Michael asks where Lincoln is, but nobody knows. Self is about to fire another gas bomb, but Lincoln appears behind him and knocks him out.

Lincoln brings Self inside. Gretchen arrives with a gun and everyone points their weapons at each other. Self says he has a buyer for scylla and it's someone who wants to destroy the Company as much as he does. Michael says he'll pass. Self says he is an ex-Company employee with a bone to pick, just like Michael's father. Michael says he will think about it and will get in touch. Self leaves and Michael tells Lincoln they will stick to the plan.

Felicia Lang meets with Mahone and he tells her about his undercover work. Mahone says that he and his people are really close to bringing down the Company. He asks if there is anyone in the bureau she can trust. She says there is someone she thinks might be able to help.

The General has his team search for Self and the brothers. He tells his crew to add Gretchen's face to the search and says if they find them together, then they find scylla.

T-Bag holds Rita and Emily hostage. T-Bag asks Rita who Emily's father is and Rita says that Emily doesn't know Gretchen is her mother. She tells T-Bag that if he needs to hurt someone, hurt her and leave Emily alone. He says he is not a monster and is just as much a hostage as she is. He says he used to be a respected business man, now he is just a criminal again.

Michael and Lincoln talk about what to do next. Michael says they are not selling scylla because it would only cause another entity to take the place of the Company. Michael then gets a call and announces that Sucre pulled it off. Meanwhile, Self and Gretchen wait in the car and monitor Michael and the gang on their laptop with a hidden ultrasound device that can see inside the building.

Lincoln tells Michael to sit the job out, but Michael refuses. Michael asks Sara why Lincoln can't understand what it means to him to bring down the Company. Sara says that Lincoln just doesn't want anything to happen to him and would feel horrible if it did.

Gretchen and Self exit their car. Sucre escapes from the trunk and looks around. He sees the smoke bombs in the car. Lincoln finds Michael and tells him that Sucre found Gretchen and Self. Michael tells Lincoln that he thought Lincoln had actually killed the man at first, but he later came to understand that he was innocent and had to break him out of prison. Michael says that no matter how this plays out, he has no regrets. Michael then goes to inject himself with a booster, but throws it away instead. He hides the scylla piece in the ceiling, then leaves.

Self sees that Michael is hiding something and says that he thinks that it's the missing scylla piece. Gretchen demands to speak to her daughter. Self gets Emily on the phone.Gretchen asks if she is okay and Emily says yes. Gretchen asks if she remembers a story she used to read to her about a man named Roy who went to the store and never came back. Self grabs the phone and demands to talk to T-Bag. He tells him that he will call him back with a meeting location and if he doesn't hear back from him, kill them both.

Someone arrives at Rita's house and rings the door. T-Bag puts a gun to Rita and they answer the door. A man selling Bibles is at the door and they tell him to go away. The man persists in his sale and says he's on a mission. T-Bag looks at the man's ring and realizes he is with the Company. T-Bag punches and knocks the man out.

Mahone meets with Felicia and Mark. Mark tells Mahone he's been filled in on his situation, but he's skeptical. Mark asks Mahone what he wants. Mahone says that the bureau is compromised. He says he needs someone he can trust. Mark says that if he gets credible information against the Company, he will walk him into the Attorney General's office himself.

Mahone calls Michael and says he has someone they can trust. Michael tells him not to worry and he will get scylla. Sucre walks up to Michael and hands him the smoke bombs.
