It wasn't clear to me how the students were infected. It seems like they got it through sex, but at the end, Henry injected the last student, Derrick. Maybe it was spread using two different methods, from injection and through sex? I'm guessing that the first students were injected, then passed it to Tabitha. From there, I'm not sure how Seth got the bacteria. Seth passed out after having sex with some nameless girl. They showed another girl, Belinda, pass out, but it seemed like they ignored her later. What doesn't make sense to me is that if Derrick and Seth had sex with Belinda, wouldn't Derrick be already infected and as sick as Seth?
