Smallville

Meteors rain down from space and a baby boy crashes down onto a small town. The Kents, a farming family discover the infant in their field. The child was given the name Clark and was raised as the family's own. Growing up, Clark and his adopted parents soon discover that he possessed abilities unlike any other human. This TV series focuses on the development of Clark Kent into a young man discovering his superpowers in the quaint town of Smallville. Lex Luthor, the son of the billionaire former CEO of LuthorCorp, is sent to help run a local branch of the company and develops a strained relationship with Clark. Chloe Sullivan, one of Clark's friend and classmates, is a young aspiring journalist who's curiosity leads deep into his origins. Lana Lang is the popular girl in Smallville and Clark's romantic interest haunted by the death of her parents by the same meteor storm that brought Clark to Earth. The characters of this small town are thrust into adventures with the fate of the world in their hands.
